Foodservice supplier Big Al’s has launched a guide to help bar and pub operators to market their food offering and attract new customers.
The Pub Grub concept includes a downloadable, editable menu to provide licensees with inspiration for food that can be adapted to match the demands of their customers and reflect seasonal food trends. It also includes a Cook Time Guide, POS and checklist for getting started with a food offering.
It is being showcased at eilive 2017, the series of trade shows for publicans, taking place around the country. Upcoming dates for eilive are Event City in Manchester tomorrow (May 9), Olympia in London on May 16 and Elland Road in Leeds on May 18.
Designed to incorporate seamlessly with little by way of heavy branding, the Big Al’s food concept features a classic wood, chalk and blackboard design. Click here to download the guide.
