Funkin’s Pro Coconut Purée is being launched to the on-trade to meet our rekindled love affair with classic cocktail favourites like the Pina Colada.

Funkin Pro Coconut Purée is crafted using 100% natural coconuts from Indonesia and has no artificial flavourings, colourings, sweeteners or preservatives, enabling bartenders to create authentic-tasting, quality cocktails. Funkin Pro Coconut Purée is a creamy, all-natural ingredient that can be used in a variety of tropical drinks not just cocktails.

Funkin Classic Piña Colada
Ingredients:
25ml Havana 3yo
25ml Malibu
37.5ml Funkin Pro Coconut Purée
37.5ml Funkin Pro Pineapple Purée
15ml Funkin Pro Sugar Cane
5ml Funkin Pro Pure Pour Lime
A pinch of salt
Method: Blend with crushed ice and serve in a hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaf

The Funkin Guava Colada
Ingredients:
25ml Havana 3yo
25ml Malibu
25ml Funkin Pro Coconut Purée
25ml Funkin Pro Pineapple Purée
25ml Funkin Pro Pink Guava Purée
15ml Funkin Pro Sugar Cane
5ml Funkin Pro Pure Pour Lime
A pinch of salt
Method: Blend with crushed ice and serve in a Tiki glass
Garnish: Pineapple wedge and leaf

The Funkin White Cove
Ingredients:
40ml Tapatio Blanco
10ml Adberg 10
25ml Funkin Pro Coconut Purée
15ml Funkin Pro Sugar Cane
12.5ml Funkin Pro Pure Pour Lime
3 drops salt solution 10:100
Method: Shake and strain into a chilled rimmed Mexican glass with a big ice block
Garnish: 70% dark cocoa rim, grapefruit zest and homemade tangerine smoke. (Tangerine smoke: a combination of cassia, oregano leaves, tangerine oil, chamomile and eucalyptus smoked through dry ice).

Funkin Smoked Coco-Caninha
Ingredients:
50ml Cachaca (Germana aged 2 years)
40ml Funkin Pro Coconut Purée
7.5ml Funkin Pro Sugar Cane
Half lime
2bs of light brown sugar
Violet, apple wood & Sencha Tea smoke
Method: Muddle the half lime cut in 4 with sugars, add the other ingredients and shake hard for 10 seconds on ice cubes. Strain on dirty ice and smoke with a smoker for 15 seconds
Garnish: Half lime with burnt sugar and Sencha tea dust

Ingredients:
40ml Vodka
10ml Maraschino Liquor
40ml Pro Funkin Coconut Purée
25ml Pro Pure Pour Lemon
25ml Spiced honey water*
10ml Funkin Pro Sugar Cane

Method: Shake and strain into a block ice-filled porcelain glass
Garnish: Banana leaf, science + industry card, spices
* wildflower honey infused with tonka beans, star anise, nutmeg and ginger
