New Forest Ice Cream has introduced a new Choc Chip Cookie Dough flavour in time for the summer.
Tapping into the popularity of dough flavours, it is made with fresh double cream plus chocolate chips and cookie dough with a classically fragrant vanilla and biscuit base.
The new flavour works well served alone or with a slice of chocolate cake or cheesecake. It is produced in a nut-free environment and the recipe is suitable for vegetarians. It is available in four-litre and 4.75-litre catering tubs.
