On Sunday June 12th, The Mall in St James’s Park will be transformed for its largest-ever street party to celebrate The Queen’s patronage of over 600 charities and organisations on the occasion of her 90th birthday.
As part of its partnership with The Patron’s Lunch, Pimm’s is encouraging licensees to nominate a “Jolly Good Fellow” – a customer who has shown the utmost charitable and community spirit – to win tickets to enjoy the festival atmosphere at The Patron’s Lunch in London.
Pimm’s is partnering with The Patron’s Lunch to throw the greatest street party ever on The Mall, which will be broadcast on the BBC. As part of a National Weekend of Celebration to mark Her Majesty’s 90th birthday and honour her charitable service, the event is anticipated to generate increased footfall to pubs and bars as the nation comes together to raise a glass to Queen and country.
The winner will be one of 10,000 lucky guests treated to a hamper-style lunch on a scale never seen before, as well as a fantastic carnival parade down The Mall and along Birdcage Walk.
Whether it’s a customer who is always going the extra mile for others or raising money for charity, it is the perfect opportunity for outlets to show generous-hearted customers the appreciation they deserve.
Licensees can enter by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Pimm’s Jolly Good Fellow”, with around 50 to 100 words on their nominated customer and why they deserve to win tickets to The Patron’s Lunch. The deadline is midnight on May 4th.
