Leading industry figures Jonathan Downey and Tim Martin will be speaking at PUB17 at London’s Olympia on 7 and 8 February.

Jonathan and Tim will be joined by an impressive line-up of hospitality industry heavyweights across the two days including founder of Camden Town Brewery Jasper Cuppaidge and Great British Menu winner Emily Watkins of the Kingham Plough.

Sam Chance, PUB17 marketing manager, said: “We are incredibly happy to be able to announce such an exciting and broad speaker line-up for this year’s show. Tim Martin and Jonathan Downey bring such a fantastic depth of experience with them, and of course they will be supported by further fantastic master classes and talks throughout the show.

“These will include a social media master class hosted by Inapub and a debate on the state of the nation following Brexit featuring Brigid Simmonds, chief executive of the British Beer and Pub Association, Anthony Pender, chairman of the British Institute of Innkeeping and Kate Nicholls, chief executive of the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers, to name a few.”

PUB17 will be hosting 20 free-to-attend talks and workshops across the two-day show, covering a broad range of topics impacting the pub industry, from the evolution of pub food, to recruiting and retaining staff and how to make the most of social media. Attendees can view the full seminar programme line-up and register for free by visiting www.thepubshow.co.uk/talks.
