A selection of gourmet pork pies and quiches has been introduced by Yorkshire-based family business The Topping Pie Company for the bar and pub sector.
The Speciality Pork Pies, made with British Red Track pork meat and high-quality ingredients, range from the 190g and 430g Traditional Pork Pie to the 190g Chill Pork Pie.
The range, which comes with serving suggestions, also features Large Game & Poultry (2.2kg) pork pies and the Large Chicken and Ham Pork Pie – described as a “new twist on ham and eggs”.
Toppings also offers a selection of cold cutting pork pies for its Ploughman’s Sharing Platter, including: Huntsman, Chicken and Ham; Scrumpy; Game and Poultry; Yorkshire Farmers; and Traditional.
Toppings’ Dinky Topped Sharing Platter features six new flavours including: Garlic & Nigella Seeds; Gooseberry, Coriander & Chilli; Blackberry, Stilton & Sloe Gin; Strawberry Champagne and White Wensleydale; and Spiced Tomato, Onion and Feta.
A new range of large catering quiches has also been introduced including a 1.3kg Quiche Lorraine and a new oblong 1.2kg Smoked Salmon Dill and Mozzarella flavour.
Toppings has also launched a range of gourmet hot eating pies and pasties for the catering trade, from the classic pasty to a choice of premium steak pie varieties. A new vegetarian option has been added: Spiced Tomato, Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables and Goats Cheese.
Sales director Matthew Topping said: “We are very excited to unveil this new range of award-winning products for caterers.
