Bar, pub and restaurant operators can find out how to tap into the growing demand for vegan food and drink at a new trade show.
VegfestUK Trade takes place on October 20 at Olympia London, with free entry for anyone working in the trade including the catering and hospitality sectors.
Visitors can network with like-minded entrepreneurs and attend workshops on all aspects of managing and growing a business while tapping into the expanding vegan market.
The show will consists of up to 160 stalls, alongside six featured areas with a different focus on running vegan businesses including the Vegan Business Support lounge, the Plant-Based Chef Corner, the Vegan Health Clinic and the Vegan Celebrity Zone.
Brands that have confirmed to be attending include independent vegan businesses Tyne Chease (pictured top), Badgers Dairy Free, The Raw Fix, and Watts Kork, alongside established brands such as The Health Store, Suma Wholefoods, Bute Island Foods (pictured below), Jason Natural Care, Plamil Foods and Moo Free Chocolates.
Industry experts sharing tips and insights will include chef and radio host Aldo Zilli, head chef Ben Asamani of 222 Veggie Vegan, physician Dr Milton Mills, nutritionist Gareth Zeal, chef and author Christine Bailey, MP Kerry McCarthy and representatives from The Health Store and Veganuary.
