Classic and new ingredients feature on the latest seasonal menu introduced at The Snug bars this winter.
While retaining popular classics such as Long Island Ice Tea, Pina Colada, Woo Woo and Bellini, the bars have added new drinks across all seven sites.
They include the new Absolut Gangster (pictured) made with Absolut Elyx premium vodka which is distilled from 100% single-estate winter wheat from the Rabelof Castle in southern Sweden. Stirred with Lillet Blanc aperitif, sugar and Abbott’s Bitters from Bob’s Bitters, it is served on the rocks with an orange zest, priced £10.75.
Also new is The Snug Craft Cocktail which changes every month, designed by the bar team at The Snug for four people to share. With a price of £19.50, the company is donating £1 from the sale of each Craft Cocktail to Team Margot which campaigns for more people to join the register as a potential bone marrow and stem cell donor.
Other sharing cocktails on the menu include Magic Milk Bottles – popular cocktails including the Woo Woo, Amaretto Sour, Cosmopolitan, June Bug and Margarita presented in miniature milk bottles.
Giles Fry, owner of The Snug, said: “Our customers visit The Snug to enjoy great cocktails with a twist, which they can’t find anywhere else. We are so proud of our new and unique additions to the menu this season, which we are sure everyone will enjoy.”
All guests at The Snug who download the bars’ loyalty app have the opportunity to win free drinks every week and Happy Hour has been extended to a daily event, offering two for one across all cocktails.
For Christmas, The Snug bars introduced a Christmas party menu focusing on sharing platters and comfort food.
