The 12 gins of Christmas

FAIR has teamed up with 12 of London’s finest hotels to launch its 12 Gins of Christmas campaign to celebrate everything about gin.

The festive marketing campaign will invite bars, and those that drink in them, to share photos of their Christmas FAIR gin cocktails across social media using the hashtag #12ginsofxmas.

From December 12 to 24, top mixologists will take their turn to shake and stir up a signature seasonal cocktail of FAIR’s juniper gin. Each cocktail will be on the menu throughout the 12 days of Christmas and include concoctions such as The Bulgari’s Partridge in a Pear Tree, a combination of FAIR gin with port, pear cider and smoked partridge and peanut butter infusion.

Elsewhere, China Tang at The Dorchester offers a take on Two Turtle Doves; FAIR Gin mixed with cranberry, Yuzu and Lapsang Souchong bitters, poured from a glass tea pot into a martini glass.

One lucky fan will have a chance to win a bottle of FAIR’s juniper gin. All they have to do is post a photo on twitter or instagram of their cocktail from one of these hotels, tagging both the bar and @FAIRSpirits and using the hashtag #12ginsofxmas to enter.

Handcrafted in France, FAIR gin is infused with juniper berries that come from the Samarcande region of Uzbekistan, where FAIR spirits is giving back to a farming community living below the poverty line. Below are details of participating venues.
