About Competition

First listed in the 1937 Café Royal Cocktail Book, The 20th Century Cocktail is a once iconic classic that has long been a secret weapon in the learned Bartenders arsenal.  With London Dry Gin at its heart, when expertly made this libation delivers a deliciously delicate array of flavour to perfectly compliment the juniper, citrus and spice of a classic gin.

For our first challenge we would like you to re-imagine The 20th Century, transporting it to the here and now as your 21st Century Cocktail.

Your reasoning and creative inspiration behind the ingredients, techniques and how you would present your drink are just as important as the recipe so don’t be shy in sharing your inspiration.
