Kiyori at Aki London, the hidden cocktail bar in Marylebone, is set to unveil its new cocktail menu on 16th September 2026. This will sit alongside the launch of Kissa Nights, a curated music series inspired by Japan’s traditional jazz kissa.
Kiyori’s expert bar team, led by Bar Manager Sebastiano Cristofanon, brings creativity and a passion for bold flavours to the new cocktail offering. Following a decade at Nightjar, one of London’s most acclaimed cocktail bars and a fixture on The World’s 50 Best Bars list, Sebastiano brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to Kiyori.
The new menu combines distinctive ingredients and techniques with the best of British produce, reimagining familiar classics through a Japanese lens.
The menu is divided into two distinct sections:
Ichi-Go Ichi-E meaning “one time, one meeting” features four premium signature cocktails created exclusively for Kiyori. These intricate serves combine British ingredients with Japanese techniques, storytelling and cocktail rituals to create a more interactive guest experience.
Ikigai meaning “a reason for being” brings together six of the most recognisable and best selling signature cocktails from the AKI menu, offering guests a selection of established favourites reimagined through Kiyori’s lens.
Across the menu, guests can expect distinctive serves including the Sakura Cosmo, Espresso & Miso Martini, Oyster Martini and Matcha Coconut Sour, alongside flavours such as fragrant yuzu, aromatic shiso and umami-rich miso.
A concise selection of small plates will complement the drinks offering, including Wagyu Beef, Black Garlic Gyoza, Fuji Wagyu Beef Tataki, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Chicken and Spring Onion Yakitori, and Asparagus with Brown Butter Hazelnut Miso with Yuzu Sesame.
Inspired by Japan’s traditional jazz kissa, Kissa Nights will take place every Saturday, offering a late night experience where premium cocktails meet live jazz performances. With its distinctive drinks, intimate atmosphere and vibrant music programme, Kiyori at Aki London is set to become the go to destination for post work cocktails, celebratory evenings and everything in between.
