Quintessential Brands is building on its French liqueur brand Alizé by adding a new premium sparkling wine infusion called Champs-Alizé.
Available in 20cl single-serve bottles, it comes in two flavours – Passion Fruit and Rose & Strawberry – with eye-catching, luxurious packaging in gold and pink respectively.
With its fruity bubbly taste, lower ABV at 5.5% and a distinctively feminine look, Champs-Alizé is designed to appeal to “outgoing young women who enjoy sharing sparkling wine as they party with their friends”, allowing them to share celebratory moments but without needing to share a full-size bottle.
It is tapping into the growing trend for sparkling wine and the growing popularity of wine-based cocktails among the target audience of young professional women.
Available now to operators in the UK on-trade, it is recommended for serving as rounds in branded ice buckets, helping bars during busy nights.

Produced in the south of France, Champs-Alizé is the first brand extension for Alizé since it was created in 1984. The core Alizé range includes flavours such as Gold Passion, the original passion fruit variant, Red Passion flavoured with cranberries, and Bleu Passion with cherry and ginger to give a hint of spice.
Champs-Alizé will also be available in the UK off-trade and will be rolled out to other markets in the months ahead.
