As the nation counts down to next week’s General Election, All Star Lanes is offering some appealing candidates in a special food menu at its venues in London and Manchester.
From now until May 7, it is offering the Election Selection – themed sliders named after the leaders of the three main parties, served with “Coalition Fries”.
The Milibacon Burger is a succulent classic beef slider, with a touch of redness much like the Labour party, served with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
Dave’s Dog is a mini hot dog with caramelised onions, which pays homage to the true-blue Tories with its Roquefort sauce.
The Clucking Clegg is a buttermilk fried chicken slider with creamed corn that should be applied liberally.
The Coalition Fries are a mix of classic and sweet potato fries. A slider board is priced at £13 for all three so you can choose which one gets your vote.
All Star Lanes managing director Christian Rose said: “We like to cook up something a little different, and we thought it would be fun to get on the campaign trail with this scrumptious election-themed slider board.
“Each of the three dishes have their own individual flavour and character and we are looking forward to diners electing their favourite which will then be scaled up to full size and offered on our menu.”
All Star Lanes, which offers bowling alongside cocktails, food and karaoke, has four sites in London in Holborn, Bayswater, Brick Lane and Westfield Stratford City and one in Manchester.
