Arc Inspirations expands with new site in West Yorkshire

Arc Inspirations is to expand with a new site in the West Yorkshire town of Ilkley, planning to open it later this year for its flagship brand, Banyan Bar & Kitchen.

It has acquired the lease of the 5,000 sq ft premises in Station Road from restaurant group Wildwood and will invest in revamping it, with a bar and restaurant extending over two floors.

Due to open in October, it will be the seventh site branded as the “stylish, genuine and beautiful” Banyan Bar & Kitchen and will create 35 full-time and part-time jobs.

Martin Wolstencroft, CEO of Arc Inspirations, said: “I’m extremely proud to have exchanged on this new venue in less than three days – that’s a record for us. It’s a real credit to our team who worked professionally and quickly to ensure a quick exchange.

“It will be our first opening in the town of Ilkley and I’m really excited to open with our beautiful flagship brand, Banyan. We’ve achieved record-breaking results across our portfolio this year and that’s down to the dedicated efforts of all our teams and customers.

“The results we’ve seen in the past 12 months truly demonstrate our vision of ‘nobody does it better’ – and I’m looking forward to an even more successful 2018 for Arc Inspirations with more openings planned.”
