Arc Inspirations has announced plans to open a new bar in Leeds as well as a third site for its bar concept The Pit in Harrogate.

It is set to open The Pit in the North Yorkshire town in June, following the success of the first two in Merrion Street in Leeds city centre and Chapel Allerton (pictured) in north Leeds.

In August, Arc Inspirations will unveil a new concept called Mannahatta in Leeds city centre, inspired by “industrial glamour” and the bars and restaurants of New York.

Using the original name for New York’s Manhattan, it is currently being worked on by designers and will be influenced by a trip to New York next month by Arc Inspirations managing director Martin Wolstencroft and his team.

Martin says: “Leeds deserves to have cutting-edge bar design, great food and drinks choices and excellence in service, so seeing what’s out there is integral to getting the best for our customers.”

The third outing for The Pit, which is described as an urban style bar, will be underneath a new Jamie’s Italian restaurant.

The addition of these two new locations will take Arc Inspirations’ portfolio to 12 and follows an investment last year of £2.25million.
