Aryzta Food Solutions has introduced three new “superfood” vegetable smoothie flavours to help operators capitalise on the continued spike in the healthy vegetable juice market.
The unique new flavours are: Ginger Beets (pictured), with ginger, beetroot, pineapple and blueberry; Carrot Boost, with carrot, goji berry, pineapple and papaya; and the pick-me-up Green Reviver, combining curly kale, lemongrass, banana and mango.
Supplied frozen in easy-to-open 150g sachets, they have been developed to help caterers meet the growth in the blended juice market, driven by consumers seeking out interesting new flavours and a greater focus on health.

Aryzta Food Solutions offers a range of products under its “breakfast to bedtime” drinks concept including the quiet Pro-blend 950Q commercial blender alongside a choice of blended juices, fat-free frozen yoghurt and Grade A frozen fruit, now joined by the new superfood vegetable juices.
It also provides point-of-sale kits, cups, lids and straws as well as recipe cards. The blender needs only a small area in which to operate but turns out individual drinks in 40 seconds or less. The sachets come in wholesale boxes of 40.
