Aspall has announced the launch of a new draught cider with an ABV of 4.5% to satisfy a growing demand for a mid-strength draught cider that doesn’t compromise on quality or taste.
Simply called Aspall Cyder, Aspall’s latest cider has a refreshing, crisp taste of just-bitten apples with a light to medium body. Like Aspall Suffolk Draught Cyder, which has an ABV of 5.5%, Aspall Cyder is made by blending culinary and bittersweet apple varieties such as Cox and Russet.
Des Smith, chief executive of Aspall Cyder, said: “Aspall Cyder answers calls for a mid-strength cider with our hallmark crisp and fruity taste.
“Made with the same obsessive attention to detail as all the ciders in our range, Aspall Cyder reflects our proud cider-making heritage while responding to current demands from a wider market. We’re confident Aspall Cyder will prove a massive hit in both the on-trade and off-trade, especially as the warmer days arrive.”
