French distillery Audemus Spirits has added two new products to its portfolio: Pink Pepper Dry and Bergamot Gin Liqueur.
Pink Pepper Dry is a “crisp companion” to Cognac-based Audemus’ original Pink Pepper Gin, which launched in 2014. The new variant unites juniper, pink peppercorns, floral spring honey, cardamom and two secret ingredients.
Each botanical is macerated and distilled separately under vacuum before being blended, filtered and bottled.
The new expression is suggested served in a G&T, garnished with a sprig of lavender, or in any gin-based cocktail.
The second liquid, the limited edition Bergamot Gin Liqueur, has a juniper base, blended with Calabrian bergamot and a touch of lemon, rounded off with a touch of Armagnac eau-de-vie for “added warmth and body”.
Audemus recommends enjoying the gin liqueur neat over ice, with floral or citrus tonics to create Spritz-style long drinks, or in cocktails.
