Run by leading online job board Caterer.com, the awards recognise the achievements of companies operating hotels, restaurants, pubs and bars. They are not judged by a panel but independently by the employees of the companies who enter via an online survey provided by Purple Cubed.

Hezi Yechiel, director of Urban Leisure Group, said: “We are thrilled to have won this award which is made all the more special as it is voted for by our own staff. Our staff are fantastic and this is all credit to them.”
