Bars around London’s South Bank have joined forces to create a book filled with exclusive cocktail recipes to tie in with London Cocktail Week.
It features Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar (pictured) at London Marriott Hotel County Hall, Dandelyan at the Mondrian London hotel, Oxo Tower Restaurant & Bar, Skylon at the Royal Festival Hall, Primo Bar at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, Terrace and House at the National Theatre, Chino Latino at the Park Plaza Riverbank London hotel, and The Wall SE1.
As well as recipes, the South Bank Cocktail Book features a “Top Tips” section written by the venues’ bartenders including James Wheeler of Dandelyan, Sam Mitchell of Gillray’s, Salamata Idrissa of Oxo Tower Bar, James Doherty of Primo Bar, and Francois Dupois of Skylon.
The digital book is produced by South Bank London, the area’s leisure business marketing partnership, and is supported by London Cocktail Week which runs from October 5 to 11.
