The seminars, running from October 7 to 11 at 69 Neal Street, are aimed at professional bartenders, featuring the likes of Bacardi rum’s master blender José Sanchez and Bombay Sapphire Gin’s master distiller Nik Fordham.
It also includes a competition for female bartenders to win guest shifts at Candelaria in Paris and London’s Opium in collaboration with St-Germain elderflower liqueur.
