Sales & Admin Co-ordinator and Sales Ambassador

SALES & ADMIN COORDINATOR

Job Purpose – To manage and develop on and offline sales, to assist in implementing sales & marketing activities and to provide effective administrative, logistics and sales support to the Bespoke Barware team. We’re looking for someone who has prior sales & admin experience, is very organised & dependable, excellent at multi-tasking, highly motivated, can work independently as well as in a team and has great people skills. Bespoke Barware is a young business which is growing fast and this will be an exciting new role with lots of potential.

Key elements

  • Manage sales, both online and other, and ensure orders are properly and promptly fulfilled.
  • Manage orders and re-orders of all stock items to ensure base stock levels are held.
  • Manage ceramics products & ceramics stock orders to make sure par levels are held.
  • Maintain sales databases – trade & consumer both in excel and Mailchimp & assist with emailers.
  • Manage clients as required & identify new sales opportunities with those clients.
  • Post regularly on BB Instagram & Facebook & assist with social media campaigns.
  • Manage shipments and shipping companies.
  • Assist with new product research as required.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Director, Product Designer & Sales Ambassador as required.

Skills required:

Word, Excel, Quickbooks (preferable but not essential), Photoshop.

SALES AMBASSADOR

Job Purpose – To create awareness, attention, sales leads & sales for Bespoke Barware and to maintain relationships with clients.

Key elements

  • Increase awareness for Bespoke Barware’s products and services amongst trade customers (bars, clubs, restaurants, drinks brands).
  • Visit bars, clubs & restaurants on a daily/weekly basis and develop relationships with key personnel.
  • Develop relationships with brand managers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Generate sales opportunities and build customer preference in the trade environment (bars, clubs, restaurants, drinks brands).
  • Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them.
  • Negotiate agreement terms and close sales.
  • Produce monthly sales reports.
  • Meet annual sales goals and targets.
  • Travel to trade shows & fairs and create attention for the brand/products. Host trade booths where appropriate.
  • Attend industry-related events.

We are interested in someone with experience in the bar world (ex bartender perhaps?), who has excellent communication & customer service skills and who is self motivated and flexible to work with minimal supervision. Excel & social media skills also required.
