Big Al’s expands foodservice range with popular dishes

Big Al’s Foodservice has launched three new pre-cooked products to help bars and pubs to meet demand for some of the most popular dishes.

They include gourmet continental hotdogs, hand-twisted Italian pizzas cooked in a stone-baked oven, and a gourmet “chilli Philly beef” which is recommended for serving with rice or baked jacket potatoes, topped with sour cream, cheese and spring onion (pictured below).

Available through wholesalers and cash and carries nationwide, the new products join Big Al’s Foodservice range that includes flame-grilled seasoned beef burgers made with high-quality British and Irish beef, and flame-cooked Buffalo chicken wings with a mesquite glaze.

The range is pre-cooked for consistent quality and taste. As they can be cooked from frozen in a microwave, they are quick to prepare and there is no waste involved.
