Bill’s Restaurant & Bar has relocated from its former Manchester city centre location on John Dalton Street to its new Spinningfields home at 3 Hardman Square.
The 177 sq mt dining space accommodates up to 96 covers, featuring booths, sociable sharing tables, co-working space and a bespoke bar area. There is also external seating for 26 covers.
The new Spinningfields restaurant and bar comes a modern interior, featuring vibrant colours, velvet seating, statement chandeliers and other quirky touches and vintage finds.
The food menu encompasses British classics and fresh plant-based alternatives, from Bill’s classic burger and pan-fried chicken with wild mushrooms to roasted butternut squash and feta risotto.
Along with a bespoke G&T offering, the drinks menu features six new cocktails exclusively for Manchester. Examples include the Manchester Tea Party, which combines gin, earl grey syrup, elderflower liqueur, cinchona bark and sparkling water, and the Wildflower Margarita, a concoction of kaffir lime, hibiscus, nori, agave and tequila.
