Bladnoch Distillery names SEA Spirits as new distribution partner

Scotch whisky distillery Bladnoch has announced its new UK distribution partner – SEA Spirits.

Bladnoch is Scotland’s southernmost distillery, and one of a handful that remain independently owned. Since its purchase in 2015 by Australian entrepreneur David Prior, it has launched a line of Bladnoch Single Malt Whiskies and Pure Scot, a contemporary blended scotch whisky, in over 30 countries.

As Bladnoch’s new exclusive distributor, SEA Spirits aims to build on the brand’s success in the UK on-trade and off-trade.

Will Pitchforth, head of commercial for Bladnoch Distillery, said: “Bladnoch and Pure Scot have their home in Scotland, and fans from across the UK have been asking us for more opportunities to enjoy our whiskies closer to home.

“SEA Spirits has both extensive experience in the market, and a great portfolio of growing spirit brands. We believe this makes them the perfect partner to take us to the next level and unlock new opportunities, especially supporting bars and restaurants as they start the process of reopening.”
