The Flying Scotsman is a rich blend of port and a smoky malt whisky and heather tea, sweetened with raisin sugar, honey water and muscovado sugar.
The Toddy Bear’s Picnic is Scotch whisky warmed with sharp oranges and lemons, softened with Demerara sugar and honey and spiced up with cinnamon and cloves.
The Cocoa Loco (pictured below) is a hot chocolate laced with cognac and served with mini marshmallows.
Named after a department store that once stood on nearby Oxford Street, Bourne & Hollingsworth is inspired by gentlemen’s clubs and chintzy 1920s tearooms, with flowered silk wallpaper and lace tablecloths alongside a dark green leather panelled bar and soda siphons.
