Blind Spot collaborates with Miller Harris for sensory cocktail menu

Blind Spot cocktails

St Martins Lane hotel’s late-night speakeasy bar Blind Spot has teamed up with niche perfumers Miller Harris for a one-off cocktail collaboration.

For two months from the 27 August, Blind Spot will be serving a bespoke cocktail menu based on the latest Miller Harris fragrances: Blousy, Brighton Rock and Dane Amongst The Lace.

Just like the perfumes, the drinks will offer guests a sensory experience designed to transport them on a journey from a 1930s literary classic to modern day London.

Based on the Miller Harris scents, the Blousy cocktail, containing Pink Pepper gin, crème de mûre and passion fruit, and the Brighton Rock cocktail, with Cenote Blanco tequila, violet liqueur and elderflower cordial, are inspired by Graham Greene’s classic novel Brighton Rock.

Taking a more modern approach, Dance Amongst The Lace combines Stoli Elit chamomile vodka, Gabriel Boudier apricot brandy, vanilla and grapefruit bitters. Influenced by London’s beautiful green spaces, it allows guests to explore how nature and the city co-exist in an urban era.

A miniature flight of all three cocktails is also available.
