Quintessential Brands’ Bloom London Dry Gin has unveiled a limited edition lemon and elderflower flavoured gin liqueur.
According to the brand, the new variant has been released following “unprecedented demand” from fans online.
Bloom Lemon & Elderflower has been created by renowned master distiller Joanne Moore. Described as “light” and “fruity”, it has an ABV of 25% and a significantly lower sugar content than other gin liqueurs.
The key serve for Bloom Lemon & Elderflower is in a flute, topped up with a premium quality sparkling wine.
Bloom will be working with leading cava brand Freixenet to drive trial amongst consumers, starting in the UK.
Elaine Maher, international brand director for Bloom Gin, said: “Following the fantastic response from consumers to our Bloom Strawberry Gin Liqueur, we decided to explore other flavour variants that would capture the imagination of our fans.
“Bloom has become a popular choice at weddings in recent years and so we looked to the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for inspiration and asked Bloom fans on Instagram if they would like us to make a Lemon & Elderflower Bloom Gin Liqueur, inspired by the flavours of their wedding cake.
“The response was overwhelmingly positive, so Joanne Moore set herself the task of creating it, balancing the two flavours whilst retaining the brand’s trademark smoothness. We’re delighted with the result and we’re confident it will be a big hit with our fans.”
Bloom Lemon & Elderflower is available now to customers globally in 70cl format. 5cl miniatures, as well as a suite of tools for on-trade customers, will also be available later this year.
