Brands unite to run week of events to celebrate vodka

Five brands are working together for a week of pop-ups and events in bars across London to celebrate all that is great about vodka.

The Vodka Rocks festival – which is set to be the first of many – will feature trade and consumer events involving Ruby Blue Vodka, Snow Queen Vodka, Vestal Vodka, St George Spirits and Babička Vodka.

Running from November 9 to 15, it will include brand experiences, product launches, exclusive cocktails, a cocktail competition and a one-night-only pop-up vodka tasting experience.

Participating bars will include The Drunken Monkey, Ladies & Gentlemen, The Shrub & Shutter and The Jones Family Project.

It is organised by drinks-only communications agency, Garnish Communications and will be supported by a Vodka Rocks magazine distributed across London.

Garnish director Nik Koster said: “There are a number of generalisations about the vodka category. It’s currently a really exciting category with premium and craft brands creating excellent products with a lot of passion.

“We picked our brands carefully. Each brand has a very different story and really adds a lot to the week. You could go to every event throughout the week and not hear or taste the same thing twice. This is the first of many annual Vodka Rocks events.”
