British brand Branston has launched a range of sauces for bars, pubs and restaurants, providing some of the most popular flavours for condiments.
Available from June 11, they comprise the classics of tomato ketchup, barbecue sauce, salad cream and brown sauce. Designed for foodservice, they come in PET plastic packaging that features eye-catching new branding for Branston while staying true to the original logo.
Their development follows research by Branston, part of food company Mizkan, which found that traditional sauces remained the most popular with British consumers. Tomato ketchup was number one, chosen by 37% of respondents, followed by mayonnaise and barbecue sauce.
The research also revealed that 80% of diners preferred to add the sauce themselves, reflecting a desire to personalise dishes, and they would opt for branded bottles over condiments served in a ramekin.

Our product development teams have worked tirelessly to create a variety of sauces for operators that deliver great taste and flavour, with a design full of personality, and we can’t wait to get them on the tables.”
Branston Tomato Ketchup and BBQ Sauce come in 480g packs, Brown Sauce in 460g and Salad Cream in 450g.
