A range of new flavours are now available for cocktails after the UK launch of Ms Better’s Bitters from Canada.
JBE Imports has introduced 14 products from the extensive range which was launched in Canada last year, including not only unique new bitters but drops for creating foam in cocktails without using egg whites.
The UK bitters line-up includes the warming Smoke and Oak, Pineapple Star Anise, Chocolate, Black Pepper Cardamom, Wormwood, Grapefruit, Cypress Bowl, Lime Leaf, and Orange Tree which brings orange blossom plus notes of fruitiness, woodiness and green freshness – ideal for a Ramos Gin Fizz.
The Strawberry Mah Kwan bitter combines strawberry with wild pepper while Mt Fuji combines white peach, chrysanthemum, burdock and yuzu. The range also includes classic aromatic botanicals in Batch 42 Aromatic Bitters and Tonic bitters for adding tonic flavour and dryness without the sugariness.
The Miraculous Foamer is flavourless drops that create foam – each 12cl bottle contains the equivalent of around 160 egg whites. It is made with organic cane sugar, natural flavour extract and botanical extracts. Like all the bitters, it has ABV of 40%.
