From south-facing terraces to refreshing agave serves – The Cadogan Arms and The Hound welcome the season with The Lost Explorer
Ardent Pub Group’s The Cadogan Arms in Chelsea and The Hound in Chiswick have officially opened their outdoor terraces for the season, just in time for the early May bank holiday. To mark the arrival of summer, both pubs have partnered with sustainable agave brand The Lost Explorer to unveil a new, limited-edition seasonal cocktail menu.
In West London, The Hound offers a sun-soaked, south-facing front terrace alongside a courtyard complete with a retractable glass roof, ensuring guests can enjoy alfresco drinking and dining whatever the weather. Meanwhile, The Cadogan Arms terrace spills out onto the bustling King’s Road, providing a vibrant setting for long lunches, early evening aperitifs and relaxed summer gatherings.
Cocktails have been curated in partnership with The Lost Explorer, the premium agave brand founded by David de Rothschild. Available across both sites throughout the summer are the Spicy Peach Margarita, blending chilli-infused Lost Explorer Tequila, peach brandy and lime, alongside the frozen Frozé, a mix of Lost Explorer Tequila, rosé, strawberry and lemon.
Exclusive to The Hound is the Honeydrew Cooler, combining cardamom and fennel-influenced Lost Explorer Tequila with mezcal, Aperol, honeydew melon and soda for a refreshing seasonal serve. At The Cadogan Ams, guests can enjoy the Dirty Tommy’s Margarita, a savoury twist featuring Lost Explorer Tequila, agave, pickle juice and lime.
These drinks are served alongside menu favourites designed for relaxed, leisurely dining. Highlights across both sites include a Black Pudding Scotch Egg with Oxford sauce as well as a Fried Chicken Burger with hot sauce, ranch dressing, sweet chilli peppers, lettuce, cheese and fries. Guests can also enjoy the Beer-Battered Fish and Chips with mushy peas and tartare sauce.
