Northamptonshire-based frozen food distributor Central Foods has added new vegan-friendly, gluten-free Moroccan-style Cauliflower Bites to its free-from range.
The KaterVeg! Moroccan-style Cauliflower Bites, cauliflower florets coated in gluten-free and vegan Moroccan-style spiced quinoa breadcrumbs, can be oven baked or deep fried in just four minutes, and served as a sharing platter, tapas dish, starter or accompaniment.
