Champagne Lanson creates limited edition for Wimbledon

Lanson White Label Wimbledon ontrade

Champagne Lanson has partnered with the All England Lawn Tennis Club to create a limited-edition bottle for the Wimbledon tournament especially for the on-trade.

Available in 750ml and 1,500ml formats, the Champagne Lanson White Label bottle features the club’s logo and colours and has a design inspired by tennis. There are 750ml dummy bottles available for tennis-themed events and parties.

The limited edition has been launched in time for the Wimbledon tennis tournament which runs from June 29 to July 12. It is part of Champagne Lanson’s 26-year relationship with the Wimbledon Championships where it has been exclusive champagne supplier for 14 years.

Champagne Lanson cuvée White Label is a new, more informal style of champagne and the first in the world specially designed for experimenting with aromas, where a twist of lemon or orange peel in the glass enhances the natural fruit characters.

Faithful to the Lanson house style, Champagne Lanson White Label is fresh, zesty and refreshing but has a softer, off-dry character. It is available throughout the UK including Searcys bars, The Cube in Birmingham, Scotland’s G1 Group and the Sussex-based Laine Pub Company.

It is supported by highly visible point-of-sale materials for creating awareness and reinforcing the “champagne moment”.

Bars and restaurants stocking the limited edition include G1 Group in Scotland, The Laine Pub Company, Searcys Champagne Bars, The Cube in Birmingham, and The View from the Shard, The Stafford, Amuse Bouche and The Churchill Hotel in London.
