Chase Distillery unveils Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin

Chase Distillery is bolstering its portfolio of premium craft gin with a new rhubarb and apple expression.

The brand’s GB Gin is used as the base for the “seasonally aromatic” variant. The spirit is distilled from potatoes grown on Chase’s Herefordshire farm, and boasts ten botanicals including juniper buds and berries, coriander, clove, ginger and cardamom, sourced from partners around the world.

To transform it into the Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin, GB Gin is blended with locally sourced, cold pressed English rhubarb, and Bramley apples picked from the orchards around the Chase farm.

Chase recommends serving a Rhubarb & Apple Rickey, made with a dash of lime juice, sugar syrup, soda water and garnished with an apple fan.

Global brand ambassador James Chase said: “Our new Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin is eponymous with the flavours and seasonality of the English countryside.

“It’s a perfect meeting of Chase’s signature juniper-led GB gin with a tart and sweet rhubarb and apple crumble with a hint of cinnamon.”

Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin joins Chase Distillery’s range of single-estate gins, along with the Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin and Seville Marmalade Gin.
