Italian street food company Civerinos Food Club has opened the doors to The High Dive, its third pizza bar in Edinburgh.
The new “family-friendly” neighbourhood venue is situated on St Leonard’s Street in the former Old Montague Bar, and serves all-day breakfast, wood fired pizza, drinks and cocktails.
From 9am, guests can indulge in complimentary filter coffee and all-day breakfast, featuring the likes of home-made granola bowls, super fruit smoothies and breakfast pizzas.
Civerinos’ famous Slice pizzas, made with san marzano tomatoes, double zero flour and 100% mozzarella as well as top secret ingredients, are set to be a popular choice with customers, while desserts come in the form of Zeppole hot doughnuts, served with whipped cream and optional Nutella, and calzone filled with Nutella, banana, pistachio nuts and raspberries
The High Dive pizza bar has also launched a new cocktail menu, made up of much-loved classics from Daiquiris to Espresso Martinis, canned cocktails, sharing jugs and frozen slushies. Four serves are named after The Commonwealth’s infamous slides.
Civerinos has two other city centre locations: Civerinos at Hunter Square on The Royal Mile and Civerinos Slice at Forrest Road.
