As Londoners settle into the Autumn months, Clap London introduces a new Wednesday wine ritual, “The Unlisted”.

Each week, Clap’s sommeliers will unveil a curated selection of 15 off-list rare wines and hard to find bottles not readily available elsewhere. From iconic labels and celebrated vintages, to cult favourites and lesser known discoveries, these exceptional wines offer a unique opportunity to explore bottles rarely seen on the wine list. Each perfectly paired with the incredible Japanese cuisine of celebrated Chef Reif Othman.

Available every Wednesday from 5pm, the selections will be served by the bottle, with a limited number of exclusive wines available by the glass. The list will change each week, giving guests the chance to discover something different each time.

Expect dry, elegant whites such as the Domaine Roulot from Meursault Burgundy or fruity, gently spiced reds like the Argentinian Finca Mangato, Estela Perinetti. Sparkling wines will also feature, like the Nyetimber 1086 from West Sussex with notes of almond, red apple and peach.

The Unlisted launches alongside Chef Reif Othman’s newly reimagined à la carte menu. Guests can explore the vast wine pairings with dishes like the signature Wagyu Short Rib served with yakiniku sauce and a fresh spring onion salad, or the Roasted Lobster finished with herb seaweed butter and umami crumb.

Designed to encourage discovery, Clap’s Unlisted offering uncovers new favourites, revisits signature vintages, and introduces hidden gems to be enjoyed alongside long Autumn dinners.
