Two cocktail blends have been added to the ambient range of fruit purées from Ravifruit.
The new products are Mojito, made with lime juice, crushed mint and mint essential oil, and Pabana, a mix of passion fruit, lemon, mango and banana.
Designed as a base for drinks, they join the range of ambient purées from fruit with provenance that Ravifruit has been making since 1981.
The company uses a carefully monitored flash-pasteurisation process to preserve all the natural fruit characteristics and qualities in the finished product, which makes up 90% alongside 10% sugar.
The ambient purées, which come in 1kg cartons, can be stored at room temperature for up to 12 months from date of production and kept for three to five days in the fridge once opened.
Julie Davy, general manager at Keylink, the UK distributor for Ravifruit, said: “We are proud to be the UK distributor for Ravifruit purées. They give our customers the perfect solution when needing a high-quality product that is both convenient and versatile. Their fresh flavours speak for themselves and never disappoint.”
Ravifruit has long been one of the main sponsors of the Coupe du Monde, the world’s leading pastry competition.
