A new drinks menu has been rolled out to all 78 Slug and Lettuce bars including new cocktails and winter serves.
Additions include the Dune Bug, a rum-based cocktail with Midori, crème de banane, fresh lime juice and fresh pineapple juice, and the Strawmeister, a cocktail made with Jägermeister and crème de fraise, shaken with strawberry puree and topped with lemonade.
The section of cocktails made with Red Bull energy drink has had a refresh with the addition of the Rocktail: vodka, Red Bull and fresh lime juice combined with strawberry and passion fruit purees.
New to the “Alcoholic Coffees” list is A Very Special Martell Hot Toddy made with Martell VSOP cognac, vanilla syrup, lemon juice and bitters, topped up with hot water.
It builds on the launch of a new cocktail menu across selected bars in the spring and continues its focus on drinks that are fresh, light and floral to tie in with current trends.
Beth Macdonald, Slug and Lettuce’s head of marketing at Stonegate Pub Company, said: “When we first rolled this new menu out earlier this year, we received such great feedback from all of our customers, so we thought now would be the best time to launch this in all remaining venues in time for Christmas bookings. We’re so excited that all of our valued customers will now be able to enjoy our refreshed cocktail menu.”
