Mr Foggs and Oxley Gin

Cocktails in the City is set to return this August, bringing together 25 London bars to offer a tour of cocktail exploration.

The two-day festival, which is taking place from 3-4 August in Bedford Square Gardens, is a weekend of alfresco drinking, cocktails, and flavour exploration.

Each of the bars participating, which include Cocktail Trading Company, Mr Fogg’s, and Bourne & Hollingsworth, have exclusively partnered with a premium brand to create a signature serve for the weekend in a bid to be crowned ‘Best Bar’.

Cocktails in the City’s partner, will be hosting The Tasting Rooms, an immersive tasting pop-up offering a sensory journey through flavour, texture and aroma, whilst Be The Bartender, will allow guests to shake up the perfect concoction with guidance from some of the best bartenders in the world.

Exclusively for the London event, the Lost Boys Pizza will be bringing their black dough pizzas to Bedford Square Gardens. The gardens will also be home to gyoza experts, Rainbo and hotdog kings, Rock a Dolla, offering meat, vegetarian and vegan options to pair with “London’s finest cocktails”.

Andrew Scutts, founder of Cocktails in the City, said: “Guests at Cocktails in the City have a unique opportunity to experience all of London’s creativity and quality in just a few short steps in one of the cities most beautiful locations.

“With every stand vying to win ‘Best Bar’, guests are guaranteed a really engaging and entertaining experience no matter which bar they decide to enjoy.”

Cocktails in the City is a festival of the world’s best bars, hosting seven events across the UK and Los Angeles. Events are coming soon to Manchester (14-15 September), Edinburgh (9-10 October) and Liverpool (12-13 October).
