Corona’s latest campaign ‘Outside is Our Best Side’ sees a host of summer events taking place in bars and pubs across the country.
The new campaign also provides additional merchandising support for outlets to help generate footfall, increase dwell time and drive rate of sale.
Corona is running a series of eight events at locations across the country, celebrating “the energy of sunset moments”.
Guests will be able to enjoy the moment the sun goes down with an ice-cold bottle of Corona in hand – served with its signature fresh lime – alongside local DJs and live drumming performances. The DJ booths at select venues will be powered by the sun through the use of solar panels.
The events set out to embrace the transformational and unique power of the sunset, during which consumers will be able to enjoy memorable experiences with friends, while encouraging them to spend more time outdoors.
As well as increasing footfall, the solar powered DJ booths align with the brand’s commitment to helping protect the world around us – following its recent partnership with Parley to take action on the issue of marine plastic pollution.
To further help customers celebrate summer and showcase specific Corona ‘sunset hour’ promotions, a Corona sunset clock will be available for outlets to display within the venue. This will place a spotlight on the sunset moment and ensure consumers know exactly when the outlet’s promotion starts and finishes each day.
Select venues will also have access to a range of materials that will enhance the overall experience for consumers and enable them to enjoy time with friends outdoors, including Corona branded deck chairs and Corona ice buckets.
The ‘Outside is Our Best Side’ campaign is supported by Out of Home activity as well as below-the-line and social influencers, as part of an integrated campaign to help AB InBev’s customer maximise the summer season.
Digital Out of Home activity, live until 1 September, provides consumers with the location of their nearest Corona stockist.
