From dark chocolate and almonds to cranberries, mincemeat and orange peel, Aryzta Food Solutions has unveiled its range of Coup de Pates treats for this Christmas.
Aiming to help caterers to plan ahead, the new Coup de Pates Christmas catalogue features a raft of exclusive products selected by the company’s in-house team of chefs, suitable for parties, themed events and driving seasonal food sales into the new year.
Lines include a flaky pastry Sweet Filled Pretzel, with smooth créme pâtissière decorated with almonds and sugar, and a Cranberry Twist – soft butter pastry filled with a smooth vanilla custard and cranberries, twisted to form a torsade.
The catalogue also features flowerpot muffins in Winter Spiced, Gingerbread and Treacle, and Chocolate and Orange flavours as well as mince pies, large pre-portioned cakes and traditional stollen, and winter bread selections.
Savoury flavours include a hand-crimped Steak and Stilton Pasty from Cornwall and Mini Tartelettes Façon Pomme d’Amour: mini tartlet cases filled with an apple mousse in the style of the classic French pomme d’amour but topped with a sweet red “candy apple” glaze “reminiscent of Rudolph’s nose”.
