Chief executive Peter Marks, who hosted the awards, said: “People are the heart of our business and without them we cannot deliver on our promise to our customers to deliver a great night out. This is one of the most important parts and indeed, my favourite part of leading the business: being able to celebrate the hard work of our talented people.”

Last month, the company announced a record earnings (EBITDA) growth of 16.8% to £13.4m, up 16% from £3.7m in 2015, representing the fourth year of consecutive growth for the business.
