Drake & Morgan introduces table booking via Facebook

happenstance bookingLondon bar group Drake & Morgan has launched an app that allows people to use Facebook to book tables and share reservations with friends.

The booking app has been installed on the page for each of its venues, The Anthologist, The Parlour, The Refinery, The Happenstance, The Folly, The Drift and The Fable which opens this week.

It allows tables to be booked quickly and easily in real time via a computer or a mobile device, while it allows Drake & Morgan to communicate with each customer on a personal level and increase its reach when bookings are shared on their walls.

The app has been designed by London-based Aardvark and uses its Nudge CRM (customer-relationship management) platform.

Lisa Yearwood, head of marketing at Drake & Morgan, said: “It’s a milestone for the way Drake & Morgan will use technology in the future. But this is just the beginning for us. The next stage is to reward customers with personalised offers and more via the app, and to give them further insight into the growing Drake & Morgan family.”
