Officially launching June 25th, Eataly London is welcoming summer in true Italian style with the revamp of its beloved sun-trap terrace, now to be taken over in collaboration with Italian craft beer brand Birra Flea, pronounced “bee-rah flay-ah”. Bringing together ice-cold beers, refreshing spritzes and authentic Italian dishes, the vibrant open-air space captures the spirit of a laidback Italian summer in the heart of the city.

Bathed in sunshine and overlooking the buzz of Liverpool Street, the terrace is the perfect spot for after-work aperitivo, leisurely Saturday drinks and relaxed summer grazing. Open from 5pm to 10pm on weekdays, and all day Saturday, it offers an inviting spot to unwind with colleagues or soaking up long summer evenings in the open air setting.

At the dedicated bar, guests can sip Birra Flea’s refreshing craft beers on draft, including the Adelaide APA with notes of citrus and hay, or the Federica II IPA, a pure malt ale with herbaceous hue. Other highlights include the crisp Costanza blonde ale and the bold Violante Belgian strong ale. Classic Italian drinks will also be on offer, from refreshing Hugo Spritz to zesty Limoncello Spritz.

To accompany the drinks, guests can graze on a menu of light Italian bites designed for sharing. Highlights include the Pane e Olio with sourdough break and extra virgin olive oil, or the Burrata e Prosciutto di Parma, a creamy burrata paired with Parma ham straight from Eataly’s fresh counters in the market. Guests can also order from the various counters in the store for handmade pizzas, fresh pasta and other Italian favorites, all enjoyed alfresco while soaking up the buzz of the city.

For a sweet treat, head inside to Eataly’s Gelateria counter which serves a selection of seasonal creamy gelato made daily with natural ingredients.
