Entries are now open for the 2019 UK Edition of the No.3 Gin Unlock Taste Cocktail Tournament. Closing date for submission is 28th February 2019.

Please read the general rules for the competition before submitting your recipe.  Your notes and attachment on your cocktail to explain the reasoning, creative inspiration and presentation of your entry will be how you will be primarily judged so please factor this into your submission

    Notes on serve: Your reasoning & creative inspiration behind the ingredients, techniques and drink presentation are just as important as the recipe so please share your source of inspiration.

    Entrants must:

    Be of legal age to work in the UK licensed trade
    Represent a working establishment.
    Work at a venue that stocks No.3 London Dry Gin supplied by approved vendors*
    Maintain professional conduct at all times during the competition process
    Respect the brand, your colleagues, peers and guests.
    Represent the craft of bartending, your chosen profession, in a professional manner.
    All recipes and names are sole property of FM&V (competition organizers).
    Competitors and drinks presented during the competition may be photographed or filmed by the organizers and copyright of these images for any use, including advertising, will be retained by the competition organizers.
    Drink names including rude, lurid, sexual words, or words associated with narcotics are prohibited.
    Recipes must be the original creation of the competitor.
