Fair Spirits is calling on bartenders to come up with ideas for using its Fair Quinoa Vodka and Fair Belize Rum in cocktails to tie in with Halloween.

As well as helping to promote the cocktails via news media and social media, the company will reward the two biggest-selling accounts with a night-time helicopter trip around London.

Those already set to take part in the “Trick or Fair” activity include London bars and restaurants Galvin at Windows, Andaz, Sofitel St James, Hush, China Tang and Plateau.

To take part, each bar has to order at least five cases of six bottles and can then create a drink under the theme of “horror movie” and a signature drink with the name of “The Revenge of the Orange Bloody Mary”.

Running for one month from October 1 to Halloween itself, it will culminate in the prize being awarded to the two bars selling the most Fair products.
