The versatility of whisky in cocktails is to be demonstrated by the team of mixologists from Mixxit, the training arm of drinks company Maxxium.
They will be part of a residency by The Famous Grouse whisky at 15-16 Thomas Neal Centre in Covent Garden throughout London Cocktail Week from October 6 to 12.
Mixxit’s team of Wayne Collins, David Miles and Amanda Humphrey will be on hand to demonstrate how whisky provides a versatile base for a range of premium cocktails.
The Famous Grouse’s master blender Gordon Motion and his team will educate guests on the art of blending and how they create the same quality and flavour profile each and every time.
Bartenders will also be given an opportunity to blend, bottle and take home their own blended whisky.
Master classes are running on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with sessions running from 4pm to 6pm and 7pm to 9pm daily. To book a space, email TFGteam@bigpartnership.co.uk.
