Fast Eddie Felson-inspired games bar opens its doors in Glasgow

Following a half million-pound investment in the site, a new pool bar inspired by the eight-ball stick hero Fast Eddie Felson has opened in Glasgow.

Located in the heart of the city, on the first floor above sister venue Walkabout on Reinfield Street, the new-look site features pool tables and various games packages, complemented by a variety of food and drinks.

Felson’s takes its influence from the 1950’s Hollywood legend Eddie Felson. Eddie’s one-liners can be seen on menus, chalk-boards and even the loos.

The drinks menu features everything from the Salted Caramel Flip, a creamy concoction of Gosling’s Seal Dark Rum, Licor 43 and caramel, to an extensive range of craft beers.

This is matched by a new food menu which includes The Double down Southern Fried Chicken Burger, hot wings with a variety of toppings, and the Pepperoni Pizza topped fries.

Kevin Buchanan, manager for Felson’s Glasgow, said: “Felson’s is such an innovative concept and one that we hope our customers will enjoy.

“The new bar will not only provide a great range of food and drink but also a fun night out in Glasgow for all to enjoy!”
