Fentimans, the specialist in botanically brewed soft drinks, is extending its Valencian Orange Tonic Water into a 125ml format for the on-trade and licensed sector.
The new flavour combines the bitter sweet notes of Valencian oranges with the subtle savoury flavour of lemon thyme. The result is described as “a bright and refreshing flavoured tonic, perfect for mixing with London Dry and citrus heavy gins”.
Fentimans marketing director Andrew Jackson said: “Since the launch of our innovative Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water, we are seeing an increasing number of consumers seeking and experimenting with different flavour combinations.
“The extension of Valencian Orange Tonic Water into a new size format will provide this growing audience with more opportunities when out of home to experiment and make every day classic spirits taste great.”
In a year that has seen the brand overhaul its image with a rebrand costing £1.2m, this line extension comes on the back of Fentimans Valencian Orange Tonic Water winning a coveted two-star Great Taste award.
The roll out of this new line will be supported by digital and experiential marketing activity across the autumn.
